Estados Unidos es un pa\u00eds creado y fortalecido por sus numerosos ciudadanos estadounidenses que nacieron en todo el mundo. En honor al feriado de hoy, lo alentamos a unirse a nosotros para pensar, celebrar y aprender m\u00e1s sobre los derechos y responsabilidades de los ciudadanos estadounidenses, al mismo tiempo que recuerda y celebra los antecedentes, la cultura y el pa\u00eds de origen distintivos de su hijo.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Adopci\u00f3n internacional en Spence-Chapin<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">Spence-Chapin trabaja actualmente en tres pa\u00edses alrededor del mundo para conectar a familias y ni\u00f1os a trav\u00e9s de <a href=\"https:\/\/spencestaging.berrycreativellc.com\/es\/adopcion-internacional\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">adopci\u00f3n internacional.<\/a> Los tres pa\u00edses en los que trabajamos: <a href=\"https:\/\/spencestaging.berrycreativellc.com\/es\/bulgaria\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bulgaria<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/spencestaging.berrycreativellc.com\/es\/colombia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Colombia<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/spencestaging.berrycreativellc.com\/es\/sudafrica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sud\u00e1frica<\/a>, son signatarios y han ratificado el Convenio de La Haya sobre la Protecci\u00f3n de los Ni\u00f1os y la Cooperaci\u00f3n en Materia de Adopci\u00f3n Internacional (Convenio de La Haya sobre Adopci\u00f3n). Estados Unidos tambi\u00e9n ha firmado <a href=\"https:\/\/travel.state.gov\/content\/travel\/en\/Intercountry-Adoption\/Adoption-Process\/understanding-the-hague-convention.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Convenio de La Haya sobre Adopci\u00f3n<\/a> y por lo tanto todos los padres estadounidenses que adopten internacionalmente cumplir\u00e1n con los requisitos de La Haya para el proceso de adopci\u00f3n. El Tratado de La Haya est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para garantizar que la adopci\u00f3n internacional sea un proceso \u00e9tico y transparente con una infraestructura establecida para proteger y apoyar a los ni\u00f1os y las familias.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space: pre-wrap;\">El trabajo de Spence-Chapin en los pa\u00edses de La Haya es intencional, en el sentido de que el proceso para adquirir la ciudadan\u00eda estadounidense para su hijo adoptado se basa en adopciones completas y definitivas que se completan en el pa\u00eds de la convenci\u00f3n. Cuando se complete toda la documentaci\u00f3n oficial de adopci\u00f3n, su hijo viajar\u00e1 de regreso con una visa IR\/IH-3 y <strong>Al ingresar a los EE.
